Ask

Your website already has the answers.

Ask turns the pages you publish into an assistant for your visitors. It answers from your pages and shows where each answer came from. If your website does not say, it says so.

Free, with no account. We only read pages you already publish.

How it works

Five steps. Nothing goes on your website until you ask.

  1. Read your site Paste your address above. You see which questions your pages can answer, and which they cannot. This part is free.
  2. Create your account It takes a minute. You get a dashboard where you look after everything.
  3. Prove the website is yours Add a short tag to your pages, upload a small file, or add a DNS record. Any one will do.
  4. Ask to go live We check what your site covers before it answers the public.
  5. Put it on your website Paste the code we give you, or use our WordPress plugin.

Careful by design

It reads only what you publish
We read the public pages of your website, and nothing else.
Your pages stay yours
Each assistant has its own private database. No other organisation can see your pages.
Some websites need a person first
If your site gives health, money or legal advice, a person reviews it before it answers anyone.
Questions without names
When you see what people ask, you see the questions only. We delete them after 180 days.

You stay in charge

Your organisation gets its own dashboard. There you can:

  • get the code that puts the assistant on your website
  • choose your colours, fonts and logo
  • see what people ask, and what it had no answer for
  • link your assistant to other organisations' assistants
  • ask for a text message or WhatsApp number

Assistants that help each other

Each assistant knows one organisation's website well. When you link two, a question can pass to the one that knows the answer. Your visitor gets to the right place without starting again.

Other AI tools can ask your assistant too. They get the same answers from your pages, with the same sources.

Who it is for

Membership bodies, charities, schools and faith organisations. In short, organisations whose websites are full of answers that a small team repeats all year.

See what your website can answer

It takes about 30 seconds for most websites. You do not need an account.
